Hi!, today I want to share with you a video about my opinion of the new tax reform that the government of Mexico is trying to impose.
First of all  I totally disagree with this reform because the president is trying to make that the economy of the country improves,  without caring that the middle/high class pay the consecuences of this reform.

Pros.
1. economy of the country will rise up
2. junk food consumption will decrease

Cons.
1. the pupulation will not have enough money to buy food
2. the people who can pay for some luxes, will need to pay more money to access to this luxes

Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg.

His real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. He was born on October 20, 1971 in Long Beach, California. Snoop Dogg is a rapper principally in the genre of West Coast Rap. He was launched by Dr.Dre and together poduced many songs . His style to sing is very special becasue give the sensation that all is very realx,slow and tranquil.
Snoop Dogg also has problems with the police but until now nothing has reduced his fame.
I am a fan fan of Snoop Dogg becasue he is one of the few singer that continue with the style of "The old school" also becasue the letter of his songs is very cool  and for me is one of the top 3 rappers in the history.

How to make a perfect shot

If you practice basketball, I think you have been always searching the best way to shot or looking for the perfect shoot. So I want to share with you the steps to make a good shot when you are in the court.

The web page breakthrough basketball says that the basic points to make a good shot are:
1. Eyes on Target
2. Stance and Balance
3. Grip
4. Balance Hand
5. Delivery
6. Upforce and Landing
7. Follow Through
8. Correct Shot
But I think that are a lot of steps so I am going to put the steps I consider before shooting

EYES ON THE TARGET

First we need to start to know the basket and the rim, so we calculate how much strength we need to use in the shot.
To improve accuracy, I recommend that first start shooting from short distances and after you shoot keep your eyes on the target and do not follow the flight of the ball. It is very important to focus in the rim and not in the flight of the ball.

STANCE AND BALANCE

In second place it is very important that you have an excellent stance and an excellent balance before you shoot, Michael Jordan in one of his videos recommended that your feet must be at your shoulder width  for have a correct stance and a correct balance. Also is important that you are  comfortable before you shoot, but you must have your feet in direction to the basket. once you develop a comfortable position and have balance and stance, shoot a lot of times to correct your mistakes.
And remember to flex your knees before shooting.

HOW TO USE YOUR HANDS TO DO A PERFECT SHOT.

In third place my father thought me that you need to use one hand to give the direction and the other hand for the strength,  after you decide with what hand you are going to do each thing, you must concentrate in put the ball in your palm and you need to throw the ball with a backspin effect anf you will lograte this using your fingers and your wrist to give the power to  the shot.

Energy challenge

My place

Dalmatian coast.

This place looks like a  small island,  it is exotic, has a hot weather, is accessible by car, airplane and boat, the seas are tranquil, it is a breathtaking, has a big diversity of acuatic activities so it is a great place for adventurous  visitors.

A personal statement.

It will be a honor for me to study in Hochschule Furtwangen, because for me it is very interesting the german culture and also I admire all the german architecture. Also study in Gremany will be great for my career because Germany is one of the most developed countries talking about information technologies.
I think that I am a good candidate for this international program because I´m Mexican and I have studied all our customs and history for a long time ago. I have been studying english for 15 years and I have been studying german for 1 year, so if you give me this opportunity I will practice this amazing language, and also i will  gain more knowledge about this country.
I have always liked  learning about other cultures and also taste different foods. I think that it is importnat to learn about other countries customs and also sahre the history and the customs of México.
I hope that you will consider my request.

Well this post is about a video  that is related with my identity, because my coach show me this video a few years ago and produced a big change in my thinking, showed me that hard work always rewards and that the difference between losers and winners  it is the perseverance and how bad you want something and also what are you disposed to sacrifice to achieve your goals and be successful. He showed us this video because we were in preseason, and in this preparation phase the motivation is essential because you need to wake up at 7 am and be trainning until 10 am, and after a little rest you need to be ready to train again at 4 pm until    8 pm and this routine it is every day and belive me sounds easy but  it is not. There are some days that your body  simply can´t  respond but you must be in the gym or in the court or in the pool again, that is the reason why  be  motivated and convinced, will help you to give your 110% in every training and you will achieve all your goals. And during the season your game is going to be incredible  and you will become unstoppable.

So I hope you enjoy this video and that has the same impact that had with me and my team.

My name is Ricardo Díaz, I am 18 years old. I'm studying engineering in management in Tecnológico de Monterrey.I usually spend my free time working out and playing basketball. Basketball it is my greatest passion, because helped me to realize that work hard, patience and be constant, conformed the only way to be successful.My favorite basketball team is Lakers and my favorite player is kobe Bryant. I think that kobe is the best player in the NBA because he trains very hard every day, and has a never give up attitude, and also has an impressive leader attitude, so I think that this attributes makes that I admire him.I like to listen rap and hip hop music, because for me its awesome how the singers can express the social and economic situations that the have lived using the music as mean of expression.My family is formed by my mom, my dad and my little brother. We have lived in villa de las flores, Coacalco since 10 years ago.When I finish the University I will like to study a master in business and management because I think that an engineer with a master in business would be a complete worker and would have more job opportunities.
