In my opinion grafitti is art but some people have degraded its image, because they use it as a form of vandalism. Must of the times the grafittis of this bad people are of very low quality and are not art. Also is incorrect that grafittis are painted in houses and private property, it doesn´t matter the quality the painters must respect this places. I think that the solution is that the government create speacial places for the grafitti painters and this way they can expreess their feelings with out affecting
